AQ1200d getting really warm

i just recently got this amp and i was showing it to someone and i put my hand on it and it was extremly warm. Its also like 90 something today and my cars been sitting in the sun with black interior but it still seemed alot warmer than it should be. Gain is like 2/5 the way up. I mean i had a rockford before this and it never got like this. Maybe you guys can shoot me a couple tips or ideas why its like this or maybe its just doing its own thing. But i realy couldnt be happier with it very effiecent no upgrades and it barely dims at all if anything.

I got my two aq1200's strapped, and because its the summer, they get toasty, but its also because I need to work more on my electrical, low voltage will put strain on your amps and heat em up.

when i was down in mississippi my friends 1200d got hella warm from just the humidity. come back to dry hot ohio it didnt get as warm.
