AQ or DD

I have a very important decision to make.

For 8 10s, should I go with AQ or DD. Is there that much, if any, difference at all between the AQ SDC2.5 Series or DD 1510's? The AQ's are cheaper. Each sub will be seeing about 625 watts. I was originally going to go all DD, but someone brought AQ to my attention. What should I do?

Oh I didn't know that. But even at that, they are still cheaper.

sounds like you have your mind set. Get the sdc2.5's

No, dual 2s.

I would do the sdc2.5. The 2500 is a better sub but if we're talking 1500/sdc2.5, I would do the sdc.

Well the problem is when you go to the order screen they only have them in dual 4s.

I don't understand because if you have 4 of them, dual 4's, they wire down to 2 ohms. Then I have 2 set of 2ohms. So then couldn't I wire that in parallel and get 1 ohm?

yes, you need d4's.
