yea now they are only make them in 4ohm... when they first made them before they switched their name to SQ they came in 8 and 4 ohm.

i bought mine before they were sq and they didnt offer 8ohm then either ..hope u get lucky and find some ...maybe @mlstrass; can shed some knowledge
 
i have 6 that are 8ohm at one point they did. i messed two of them up so im trying to replace them.

 
Originals were 8ohm and some 4ohm.
OP why do you need 8ohm if only a pair?
i have four total right now i wanted to run three per side. so if i had another set i could wire down to around 2.66 i cant fit four per side thats why.

 
From what I hear these get wicked loud and sound good. I might just replace my alpine r comps and my KP2 in front with these and just use the money for better amps or batteries.

I have ran the 6.5’s, but not the tweeters. They were very smooth and had good low mid bass. They were perfectly happy being high passed at 75 hz...
