Okay accidently ****ed up the amount of airspace 2 six inch aero ports will take up, so instead of being 4 cf exactly my enlclosure will be around 5.2 cf. What kind of effect will this have on the output (less SQ more SQ, more power handling less, more Spl less, hit lows better than highs. pushed by a kicker 2500.1 @2 and tuned to 37 hz

any knowledge would be appreciated.

Be easy with the power and see how it does, its pretty easy to throw some scrap mdf in the box to decrease the internal volume if you end up needing to bring it down some

If you made your port length for 4.0 cf, than your tuning will be way off. Also, bigger box means less power handling, so careful with the gains. I would just take the box to a table saw and trim it to the proper length.

using aero ports so tuning will stay the same i just make a different length and its a 15
