AQ HDC3 18's or Mach 5 IXL 18's?

only single 4 for the IXL18...

Maybe a Fi BTL or RE MT would work...they're known more for being loud than SQ, but plenty of people use them for daily.

I swore the owner of Mach 5 Audio said that the new ixl18's are dual 2ohm coils.

No, I checked only single 4. I have a KX 2500.1 but currently not working. Need to get it repaired first. Thats why i was wondering if they came in another coil config, cuz I could run my hifonics to it, but if only single 4, my hifonics wont put ne power to it. like 200-3o0 watts. Waste of it imo.

When i get my kicker repaired tho, it wouldnt be a problem. Puts out over 1k at 4 ohm.

Probably not. They're rated for 1k. A 1200d would probably be the better choice for an IXL. . .
