whats your voltage dropping to with the one? as long you stay above 12v i would think you would be alright

If I were to run any amp at .5 I wouldnt want my voltage dropping below 12.8 ever

After the $ you spent on subs and having Mike build the box. I assume you got the D2 ones right? Wire each sub to 1 ohm the both subs together for a 2 ohm load. Anyways this is what audioque's website

The AQ2200D is fully stable down to one ohm

low 13's high 12's @ 1 ohm

putting them each in 1 ohm wouldn't give me 2 ohms genius, they'd each have to go in 4 ohms for a final 2 ohm load

What I suggested was just opposite of what you just laid out. Either way you still get the 2 ohm load correct genius
