steg uses its own boards and won best mobile product of the year for the K202 AMP and also the new MOST system is coming out soon which will be fantastic it uses the same tecnolagy to interconnect big brand systems LIke steg with all car manufactuers while still remaining usable with the factory stuff that comes with the car like a rockford 36ixty.2 but way more advanceed try to check it out at the CES convention in Las Vegas

meh, its about what market you're going after. There's the young market, internet market, bargain market, quality market, hi-end market, flashy market, etc. IF everyone went for the same market, Car audio would ****. so you should be glad different companies tend to different markets. Sure the car audio industry may seem "saturated" but everybody is able to get the kind of bump they're looking for.

i think its alrewady been established its a zenon board as they make about 60% or sumthin stupid like that of the worlds boards and distribute them to cvaroiuos manufacturers aswell have a look at a place called Global resources and you will see all the amps of the world for like under the 100usd mark and you will see what boards are available in waht amp as just about every manufacturer and amp maker in china mainland and korea is listed on the website Globalresources.com i think it is its funny when ytou find somthing like one of the big brands and see it for like a 12" sub doing about 5000w peak and 2000rms normally sells for 1000-2000usd on the website exact same thing for 75.95usd and when they send you pics of it even has the big brand logo on it you ask and they soory those are the only fotos we had

korea is becoming one of the biggest manufatuering basees in the world bigger than china and taiwan but also with a better facitlys and standards LG is at the forefront of Lcd design and standrad and most LCD parts fro tvz around the world are bought from LG now im all for diversaty but nt at the cost of proven reliability

often diversaty means untested and unworthy but the flip of the coin is companys that do there own boards and things like steg which end up costing a whole heap mre as they didnt use a korean factory to build it to there spec

i was running it at 2ohm actually. Gonna run it at 1ohm next, haven't put that amp on .5 yet. Not until i get some electrical in

it is in fact a zenon. i live 30minutes away from the zenon hq. that is 100% a zenon board no question about it. probably the same board in my own 2200.1's that i got from them
