AQ 1200D an overkill for a single SDC2.5?

I know the 1200D will push far more than the 600 RMS of the sub. What do I need to do to keep from blowing it? I've been told just to keep the gains down and I'll be set, but I just wanted to make sure.

you will be ok if your ssf and gains are set conservatively.

should be ok... IIRC the AQ1200 does 800@2, and their subs are pretty underrated.

So with the right box you should be perfectly fine

make sure your gains are good as well as your freq on the amp isnt far from your boxes tunign

Its a dual 4 so just wire it in parallel

Hook all the + to the + on the amp and all the - to the - on the amp and it will see 2 ohm's
