AQ 1200d + 18" FI Q sealed in 91 blazer

Hey guys just wanted to show some pics of my install. I didn't have a camera on me at the time when me and my buddies where building the box so I done the best I could. Amp is mounted and installed in car all 0/1 gauge installed ready to go. Box is ready to go. Now just waiting for the FI Q to get here which will be Tuesday //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif. I thought it was going to be here Mon hence the reason why everythings allready to go. This was the first box me and my friend ever built so I was very very impressed with the turn out.

Amp: AQ 1200d

Wiring: Tsunami 0/1 AWG

Box INTERNAL measurements : W 28.5"x L 26.5"x 16.5"

After calculating airspace I came out to 7.2 Cuft before bracing and sub and After calculating sub and bracing i'm around 6.7 Cuft. The box is pretty freakin massive for 1 speaker lol. All my friends are like WTF. Here are some pics though let me know what you think.

A ported box will by my next move probably. Actually upgrading all my eletrical will be my next move. Then in 6-8 mths I plain on going with another AQ 1200d and another 18" Fi Q "(if i'm happy with the Q) and building a ported box for the pair of them. For right now this will work. I'm dying to get the speaker in. I'm gonna go nuts waiting till Tuesday

i had one in sealed pretty recently... wasn't to satisfied.. went to ported.. MUCH happier.. but still want more output... might sell it if i can find something to replace it with

I wish I wouldnt of sold my Q 18. had enough output for me on 1100 watts in 6.5 cubes tuned to 30hz. Was doing a 144.xx at 38hz //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
