AQ 1200 speaker wiring

Ok, so I'm ready to wire my AQ 1200 to my Incriminator Flatlyne sub. My sub has two 2 ohm voice coils with I plan on using in parallel for 1 ohm load on the amp.

Should I run separate wires to each voice coil from the amp or 1 pair from the amp to voice coil no.1 and jumper from voice coil no.1 to voice coil no.2?

Normally it's easier to parallel at the sub and run a single set of wires. Either way will work....
