applying deadner

I have good amount of electrical wiring on my trunk lid, would it be good idea to just go over some of the wiring because it is flush with the trunk lid or should i just remove it and apply the deadner that way.

i just installed some rammat on Sunday. and i covered everything except for the spot where i need to replace a burnt bulb by the tail lights. how often are you going to go and randomly unclip harness's? i say cover everything except for bulb replacment locations

i undid all wiring and just poked a hole where it origanly was, then put it back in...you took the easy way out though..when somthing ever goes wrong w/ your electrical stuff in your trunk your goin to have a pleasure ripping it all off again.....but prey that you dont..
