ANyy good 500w rms sUbs?

would a rockford 500s be enough to power a 12"L5 and still get good response?

how about a 12"type r or a 10"L5 or would dat be too much?

or would i be better off finding a sub with 500rms?

i know that an he2 oe hx2 can run good wit 500w

lots of people have told me that RF subwoofers arent dat great, so im just steering away from them till i cant find any better.

RF are good subs. But i would look into RE SE sub line there 600 rms and are hella loud Sub, good SQ and SPL. Also there not pricey.

R F punch Hx2 = 500 rms ill be getting 4 hooked up to 2 jbl 1200.1's

this is my first system so im abit worried about wasting money buying the wrong stuff.

how about components? ive got a punch 700x running at 87.5wx4 rms @ 4ohms

i was thinking of going for sq with the components since the Hx2s are gonna be more biased to spl. Boston pros run on 3 ohm tho.. would the alpine Spx 100rms run well with the amp?

you still oughtta be otay with 3 ohm bridged on there...but id make sure to have a fan on the amp, cuz they tend to run hot anyway.

btw, if you get a fan, DONT hook it up to the remote lead to your amps without a relay in between.
