Anyway to incorporate my cell to my HU?

It seems awhile back I seen a device that allows you to use your car speakers to transmit cell conversations. I have an auxilary hookup on the back of my Pioneer HU and was wondering if it were something that plugs into there? Perhaps something that would transmit to the phone via bluetooth connections? I have a stick shift so holding the phone and talking is a pain. I hate ear pieces, and my speaker phone function isn't loud enough. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The thing youre talking about transmits the signal through the radio, youre making it more complicated than it needs to be.

Parrot CK3000, seen someone use one on stangnet. seems to work good and they are cheap on ebay.
