AnyWay To Fix Port Noise..

well i put my 2 12'' sx's in my box which is 37''x17''x24'' with a port of 5''x15''x25''

i heard mad noise coming from inside the box and when i put my ear near the subs it almost sounds like on some tones they are distorting but i know i set my gains right is this all port noise or what might be the problem.....

sadly enough i dunno what the formula is for the vol. of a cube but the guy who build it said it was around lik 4-4.5ft3 i beleive...

pvc pipe cut it half, place on the port to round it off...
