Anyway to find out restriced calls number?

Someone called me from a restriced number on my cell and was talking shit and i was wondering is their a way i can find out what number it was, i couldnt do *69 caz someone called after i realized i should try it, can i go to my cell phone provider or something? thanks

Same thing happened to me but they were talking shit about my g/f. So I called cingular asking for the number. Their response was that on their records, and mine for that matter, the call would not show up. So I had a friend thats a lawyer draw up a request form filed under the Freedom of Information Act to release the number. I had the number the day it was filed....
