My girl runs one...

it's 5 free rentals a week

they start the regular employees off at 5.75/hr.

when she became asst. manager they gave her 7.90 to start, and now she's on salary and I don't know the exact yearly number but now she makes about 590 a week b-4 taxes

they pay every two weeks

And you get the new release movies the friday before they come out.

If you don't use one of your five rentals(using your employee account) on the friday before they come out to rent the new releases(they go on the shelves on tuesday) you have to wait until they are 30 days old.

Video games are a different story. they hit the shelves as soon as they come in, and you can't rent them until they are thirty days old on your employee account.

pre-street rentals wur the best thing.. otherwise dealing with peoples sh!t was a pain in the *** to, i worked there for 8 months in like '97 i believe when they used to need 83 forms of ID and a piece of mail.. Customersalways got pissed.. I actually got fired for insobordination Because i would nt answer the phone how they wanted me to because it was just ghey and took10 seconds to get out,, Some 4 sentence babble about would you like to pre-order titanic bla bla bla .. And yea it was 5 movies per week .. I hope to got this is just an extra job to get money of free rentals, because i was about 18( part time during college) when i worked there, and as stated before You work with ppl with an average 68 IQ
