I did a search but nothing turned up (here or on google).
I have a 2014 Sienna with rear speakers with very little room to work with, and I found that JBL makes/made a very shallow depth 6.5" coaxial speaker, the GTO 6528s. It is only a little more than 1.5" top mount depth and protrudes (including tweeter) only about 1/3" from the mounting surface. However, I have not seen any reviews of this speaker and would like to know if it's any good.

I found a review of the non-shallow mount version (the 6528) from a UK site that was fairly positive, but again it's not the shallow mount version. I suspect that it will be an improvement over the stock speakers in my Sienna, but still some user experiences would be helpful. It is also a 2-ohm speaker, and not sure if that's an issue (other speakers will be 4-ohm JL components going into a Clarion XC1410 amp into the stock head unit).
