First check my IP's I have never been Banned, try again.

2nd they are Cpa leads and some are some are not. I do not want anyone to fill any out, as for why i said no personal info.

I am a programmer and am making tracking software for CPA campaigns, consider plenty of the networks and not paying what should be.

So before you get all pissy try again.

You make software for tracking CPA campaigns? You mean Prosper202? Really? Are you serious? You make the premier PPC tracking software and are committing blatant offer fraud? You'll find out soon enough when you get banned. Sure, the networks scrub a lot on some offers, but thats mostly the advertisers' doing. Pretty sure you're on Hydra, and they'll tolerate so much. Why be lazy when you can make real money learning how to operate legitimately? Sure, paying some people to do your offers here may get you $50 or so, but why not shoot higher? You're clearly not Indian, so you have a huge step up on like 75% of the "internet marketers."
