Yeah, I'm going to scam someone. I'm going to see whats for sale right now and pay for it with the credit card numbers I've stolen and have been using on NAPSTER and ITUNES lately.
Do you really think every thread in the TD works like that. Even though the guy asking about ****** does it, doesn't mean all the threads are that way.
But for real. I've had a couple little things from
eBay, or maybe just one, that I didn't get. I won a pair of 5x7 plate comps and they never showed. The seller said she got a letter from a USPS hub that had the mailing label, but no box. She sent me a copy of the claims/missing item form thing. By the time I fed up with waiting, it was too late to get my money back. I tried to file a claim with paypal but it was outside the 60 days so they didn't help. It was like $22 dollars so I wasn't sweatin it.
But when I look back on it, it's a fantastic way to get free money. I don't have any proof that the package was ever sent, and after waiting a couple weeks for this and a couple weeks for that, and then 30 days for the USPS to try to find the box, time was up for help from paypal. The seller quit answering messages after a while as well. Seemed kinda shady after being so "helpful" and polite all along. Blah.
