because the old man basically doesnt like his son in charge of everything. he was more keen to wayne(doug rich) if you didnt see the first episode the old man allowed wayne to take the money.

i think if i would have missed the first episode i wouldnt be able to follow the show at all...

i missed the first (maybe more) and had no problem following it from only the opening sequence.

The show is ok.. just when i think its good, it gets totally fukking lame and pisses me off.. then when im totally disgusted with its head first dive into just another lame dramedy TV show.. it picks back up.

I bet it wont be around very long.
