I'm getting the amp for 55 bucks.....its a class d so it will be efficient hey

Class D doesn't mean it's going to be efficient.

i bought a hifonics bxi 1610D from craigslist for 120, even though it was the bxi which were one of their worst lines, it provided more than enough power, stayed cool and lasted till now. no where near the 1600 rms rating they claim though, more like 1200 rms @ 1 ohm,.

bxi is the brutus line, it's actually one of the better lines

"designed in usa" but it's made in China. All Maxxsonics amps say this.

If it's too much you're sending a clipped signal... turn your gain down or use an oscilloscope to set your gains properly

bxi is the brutus line, it's actually one of the better lines 

 

actually out of all the brutus generations it was rated the most inefficient compared to the Brz, brx and their older lines

Yeah I dd turn the gains down...there isn't any distortion

I set the gain only till a quarter....n I'm not using the filter....do anyone suggest I use the lpf?....and my low frequency bass is more powerfull then the highs...its in a 2cube.ft sealed box
