anyone used cheap tweeters before???

well, i have to sell my car, and i had a diamond d6 component set in it, so it has holes in the door panels from the 1" tweeters (total mounting diameter was 2" for the flush mount tweeters) and I need to cover up the holes, so I'm planning on buying some cheap tweeters to fill in the hole, but most cheap tweeters are smaller. I'm trying to find 1" tweeters with a total 2" mounting diameter, and I was wondering if anyone has had experience with cheap tweeters, like these:
