Anyone used a Phoenix Gold Octane R 15.0:1?

Theres one on craigslist im looking at but the seller cant tell me much about it. However i have looked up the specs and found out that it is rated at 500 wrms x 1 @ 4 and 1000 wrms x 1 @ 2 ohms. Im pretty srue its not 1 ohms table. Anyone know if it does rated and how much these are worth used? Can he be modded to run at 1 ohms?

i had one used and i was not impress with the amp at all it seem like it did not do the rated power and i would not spend much on the amp good if your on a really tight budget

Nice budget amp i used to run one did about 825 continuous at 14 volts. They are clean but there are better amps out there that will do rated power.

yea reason i asked his theres one on craigslist locally that was originally posted for 150 then dropped a week later to 100....so i was figuring i could get it for even cheaper....but ive decided no to get it. Was just gonna use it in my bros truck or something.

Save your money. Just get an amp thats worth buying.
