Anyone use one of those Kinetik battery sleeves for mounting?

Amazon.com: Brand New Kinetik Kms-24 Mounting Sleeve for Khc2400: Patio, Lawn & Garden (but hc2000 version)

I mounted this to my trunk floor, but now that the battery is dead, I'm having trouble actually getting the 65lb battery out. There's only about an inch of the top revealed so no way to grip around it, or use a claw to pull it out. FYI, the sleeve bolts to the floor from the inside so battery must be removed to take off sleeve.

Any ideas?

Get one of those strap puller things that hook on the teriminals

I looked around at all the local auto part stores and none of them have those carrying straps, just the claws. Where can I get one?

i have a HC800 and i used the sleeve at first, but in the long run i built a custom looking casing for it.. the sleeve is great for a decent look and stability, but if you have a highly seen custom install, just build a nice enclosure for it...

How did you get it out of the sleeve? Or will you able to just pull it out..? I know the hc800 is slightly lighter than the hc2000.

id say use some vise grips on the terms and pick it out
