Anyone use Millionbuy.com? Freakin retarded.......

Okay, story time/rant/vent. I ordered a Kinetik 2400 battery from http://www.millionbuy.com yesterday (monday), everything went fine, no troubles yet, but then i go and check my order later that night, and its listed as "Canceled". WTF? yeah i dunno.

I waited until today to see if maybe anyting changed, and it did not, so i give them a ring and their customer service rep tells me that "the card authorization is pending" and that they cannot process anything until my debit card is cleared or something. Once its cleared, the order will be sent.

Okay, whatever. So i give the bank a call, and they tell me that the card does need to authorize, and it should be authorized around midnight tonight (tuesday). Why this happened i have no idea.

I give the customer service of millionbuy a call back, but i get a different rep. I fill him in on the whole story, and he tells me that once the card gets authorized, the money will be returned to my bank account and i have to reorder once that is done. Does this make any sense you you all? So, i make an order, wait for authorization, then the money is returned to me?

I gave up for the night, and i'll guess ill just wait until tomorrow to see if my order gets "authorized" like the first guy said or if my money gets put back into my bank account like the second guy says. this is retarded.

could of just called Kevin at Low-Hz, they sell Kinetik now fairly cheap...and you can just call him, not some guy who randomly pics up the phone.

Just a thought.....I mention this because he and I were talkn about him carrying kinetik now....

if they give me my money back, then i probably will, i mean, if they take two days to process my card, then just send my money back....that makes no sense? and then if this actually goes through as a sale, that means two days processing my cardm 1-2 days of getting shipped out, then the 1-6 days of actual shipping time? i dont get it.....

Don't use a debit card for online purchases.

If you have to, at least use PayPal.

learned my lesson heh. its dumb though because i put in the order for this battery (which is apparantly cancelled for no reason, or they need to update their shit) FIRST. i ordered three items that day, the battery, a chrome grill, and deadener. The battery was ordered first, then the deadener and the grill (both from ebay buy it nows). the deadener and grill went through, but not the battery (ordered first)

I had no problems with them and getting my 2000 to go with my 2400 in back.

Of course I didn't use debit though... hope it works out.

I've got all my products (except for the HU) at millionbuy.com with 0 issues. In fact, I messed up an order, contacted customer service via e-mail and they cancelled it immediately before it was sent out.

I plan on probably using them for anything I can in the future.

I've always used the Credit. I wouldn't trust my debit numbers to anyone.
