does anyone in here use winISD because the speaker i'm getting wasnt in the database so i tried to create my own database and it would let me type in the small parameters. i was thinking that maybe it was just an error in the programmin because its a beta version. if you something i'm doing wrong please let me know

I tried that with the Beta as well, had to press Ctl+D from a fresh start (not having done anything else after the prog started) before I could enter in the info and have it work.. But, as Jmac pointed out, there is a 'Pro Alpha' that's better.. and it seems to work fine with adding into the Database..

Good Luck..

i downloaded the pro version but i get an error message saying that the expected file size was smaller than the file size returned so il just try what savant said about starting fresh

Ive never had a problem with WinISD Pro. And I do what you are trying to do(create a new sub and enter T/S param's) every day...

I dont know what you are doing wrong.

Open the program-->File-->New Project-->New-->Enter Parameters-->Save-->File-->New Project-->Find Your Saved Driver From The Pull Up List-->Next-->Complete The Rest Of The Steps.

You should have no problems:confused:

You might try to download the install file again.. I have a size of 1,398,963 bytes on the winisdalpha.exe file.. It installed fine for me, I installed it over the old Beta version..

I'd put my install file up for you if I could.. but I got it from their website and it worked.. give it another shot..

i'm having trouble finding Le,BL, and Z for the winISD driver editor. could somone tell me where to find that for a cerwin vega Vega 104 or at least tell me what those letters stand for

You don't necessarily have to enter everything, I didn't have Z or Pe, but it worked and I got pretty much the same thing JMAC recommended for me. By the way, I started on the ported enclosure I've got everything finished except one piece, waiting to cut out the hole for the subs, cut the port out, and put some carpet on it, and it should be done. I'll have my brother take pictures, and assuming the scanner still works(isn't hooked up and only been used once) I'll post them up within a week or so.
