anyone that has a dual alt setup...

this is for people that do not have a 1 wire setup.

ok getting a bracket and all that is good, however im wondering about the wiring. how do i wire it up? do you have to buy a new harness for it and integrate it?

how exactly does that work if you got a voltage senseing connector?

You'll need the plug for your new alt then wire it in parallel with your current plug.

thats what i thought, but that drops the resistance, and increases amperage flow that goes to the voltage sensing componenent. does that not harm/interfere with how it responds/works?

i should mention just to clarify my alt basically has 1 white wire and then 2" or so away i have a 3 wire plug.

It won't make a difference.
