Anyone sell short RCA cables?

The shortest RCA cables I'm seeing for sale are 3 ft long, which is a lot of bulky wasted wire when all you need to do is hook up an EQ to an amp. Years ago Radio Shack used to have RCA "patch" cables going down to like 6 inches long. Perfect for hooking up tape decks etc. Anybody know of a cable source that has short ones?

Thanks

You guys are in luck, I've got four sets of new Hooker Audio PS-0.2II 8"(0.2meter) RCA's with locking heads and four sets of the PS-05II 18"(0.5 meter) with locking heads that I'll sell ya....just shoot me a pm.....

just make your own shorties. if you have a soldering iron you can shorten any existing RCA (with a 2-piece head shell) to whatever length you want. takes me about 10 minutes to shorten an RCA pair.
Hands aren't as steady as they used to be //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif Sux to get old. But I have a couple 3 footers I can try to shorten... and probably melt.

cutting a wire and adding a form of resistance never increases quality of the signal. id much rather have a continous run than a break.
when you put a new end on the wire you are continuous from end to end and have less resistance due to a shorter cable. i wasn't saying to cut in solder at the cut, but to cut and put a new RCA end on (2-piece headshell). the stock cable is just soldered - you are doing the same as the factory cable.

when i made my own RCA cables:

I have approx 15 or so brand new, that are approx 8in long 1ft or shorter.Perfect for hooking up an eq from HU.Pm me, if any interest.Just sitting, and not being used.Thanks.Dont remember the brand. But work for the cause.LMK:D

I can also make RCA cables for anyone that needs them in any size. I have a proper soldering station and all that gear so they end up looking quite good. PM me if you want.
