anyone run pro sound drivers in their cars?

whats wrong with piezo based horns? just curious
Piezo's are notoriously harsh and hard to manage. Piezo based horns are what gave the under-dash compression horns the bad reputation for needing alot of EQ'ing to to not sound harsh. Piezo based drivers are generally more well suited for tiny devices like speakers in cell phones, or for PA type systems.

do they make small compression horns? i would love to run horns in the truck for the efficiency, but the way my dash is, there is no way i can put horns under the dash, the dash is very tall, they would be firing at my shins

A few companies have made them over the years now. But I cant think of any that aren't made to mount under-dash.
