Anyone repair US Amps? Prefer less than US Amps charges...

So I've been trying to sell my AX 5600. Only prob with it, the RCA inputs were loose when I got it, and my RCAs pulled them out of the amp. Now they're kinda loose, but the amp works fine. I contacted US Amps and they told me they charge a $300 flat rate repair for an AX5600 and they also said extra $100 for the RCA repair. I don't get it. Also ramk1018 sold me the XT amps without some of the screws, so I asked them for those too. Uhh they want $30 plus shipping for 7 terminal screws. Are you kidding me? I'll go to OSH and find some that will work. F that. US Amps and RE can **** it.

Anyone on here that can solder the inputs back onto the board for me for cheap? I'm not exactly sure if that's how they are attached as I don't know much about amp construction, but that's all it seems like it needs.

^I don't think db-r will...copied this from his site

"This is gonna be it for a while. We are about to get really busy with commercial stuff, so at this point we are only going to be able to take in:

Sundown Audio - in / out of warranty

Incriminator Audio - in / out of warranty

Stetsom - in / out of warranty

SounDigital - possibly... haven't heard from these guys in a while, but they had wanted us to do their repairs last we talked."

better call em first

I am not familiar with this model. Do you have a pic? We can do it if it's not a huge 20,000 foot long amp that takes 4 hours to take apart like a VLX-400....

Please post or send a pic and I will see if I can help. Time is limited.... Only reason I am on here is because I take breaks while I let the capacitors in the amps discharge after testing before re-assembling and the computer is on my workbench....

Why not fix the RCA's yourself? I do it all the time with 12v amps as well as home stereo gear. You can get new quality connectors at Parts Express. Show a little patience in doing the soldering (practice a little first, solder is cheap). If not, send me the amp and I'll install new connectors or just repair the ones you have. Or have DB do it for you.

Well I was trying to sell the amp to fund my new one. I'd rather not F it up experimenting on it. Shoot me a PM how much you'd charge. DB seems really busy, but that amp repair center place isn't too bad either. I'm supposed to be trading the amp for a mint Alpine 9835, but if I get it repaired and that falls through I will list it for sale again at a higher price. I was only asking $225 shipped for it as is. I've never soldered before. Can you link me the PE connectors? I'm on my phone at work and searching PE on this tiny screen sucks!
