currently on 4 yrs of county probation as of 12/11/2006, caught a violation in sept of 07 did a month in the county prison, got released to work release and been there ever since.. now im waiting to go to sentencing on my new charge next tuesday... all in all dont **** up, do what the po tells you, always show up to your office meeting on time and give clean urines!! and make sure u know who your friends are!! you keep your nose clean and dont give them any reason to think you are out screwing around and they wont mess with you..

Probation is nothing, all you have to do is what your probation officer tells you to do, check in with them and go out of your way to stay out of trouble. If your out and you think the situation is going to turn bad(drinking and driving, drugs, fights, etc.) get out of there quick.

Had some friends on parole, now thats some messed up sh!t, their parole officer busting into their houses all times of the early morning, tearing apart rooms. If they even think you did something they bring local police task force with them and mess the whole family:verymad: Thats the situation they put themselves in.

I might be on probation with my school......second alcohol offense(only because my RA is a *****) not sure what they are gunna do. They cant prove anything this time but that doesn't mean I wont get fined and punished

im on drug court for a year. you can search for a thread i made when i got arrested with rick ross , lol.

2 drug court meetings , 2 NA meeting and 2 piss tests a week. 2 weeks sober and im fine. just keep busy and stay out of trouble. try to get another job if you havnt already. it looks good.

oh and i also pay $25 a meeting. i took a plea bargain. they were going to give me one year probation , 100 community service hours and a donation of $250 to some charity. shitty.

If you do good on your piss tests/academics/ work you can get off in alot less time. A friend was told he had to do 12 months and got off in 6.
