Granted I am not a rep for this company but it is a hell of a deal if you are looking for one. Music123 dot com is having a huge going out of business sale, actually they just got bought out by someone else and before they take over there inventory they have to get rid of some stuff.

There CS was great for me, they originally had a shipping fee. Called and they took it off since the site said free shipping. Less than 30sec wait time.

i paid for 2 day shipping and never got my order, took them two weeks to tell me it was on back order (even after 4 or 5 phone calls) then another 2 weeks to cancel the order and refund my money...funny thing was i read bizrate and they have all this negative feedback and i thought that would never happen to me...boy was i wrong, so far the best customer service ive found was from american musical supply, and they have an awesome interest free payment plan
