I like to grill chicken and sirloin quite often, and it was my brothers bday yesterday so last night I made some Greek chicken and did something kinda cool with jello. Anyone else like to cook/prepare food in any way, shape, or form?

Yea ive been thinking of quitting college and going to culinary school, im not sure im going to enjoy being an electrical engineer, but i do love to eat and cook.

I love cooking with chicken, steak is good too I wish i had the proper materials to cook up some Kobe beef.

Your chicken looks good what is all in that, i think the spicing is peppercorns and maybe some paprika? Not sure on the breading or is that crispy chicken skin?

Oh man ribeye FTMFW! Probably the fattiest cut but man it taste so **** good.
OP how did you make the chicken? I eat probably 15 chicken breasts a week and sometimes some center cut pork chops. I usually just marinate is something (usually dressing) and cook up enough to last me 3-4 days and boil some to make chicken salad.
Ribeye is tricky, you almost need an uneven temperature grilling surface.

You need the outer band of meat to be rare, and the fat charred, but the meat next to the bone can't be raw, it has to be rare too. Basically the bone has to be on the hotter part of the grill.

Now chicken breasts I marinate for for 24 hrs in Italian dressing and grill them up

in large batches.

The chicken is just a breast, i let it thaw and then tenderized it for a little bit. The seasoning is some type of greek seasoning i got a walmart, tastes great in large quantity's lol... It's a dry seasoning but i made a paste with lemon and little lime, then put it on and let it sit for a bit nad baked for around 35 min. came out really nice

I used to work at a small culinary school a long time ago before i got to washing windows and part timing at the local audio shop. Man I ate good there haha.. The dude that owned the place and did most of the classes and stuff was banking! Had like 2 houses, drove a different car for each day of the week, and had the nicest 1951 fender strat he used to play between classes....
