I'd check with jbl's website, email them or something, doesn't look hard to fix if you had the part.

Found it! I called up an authorized repair center here in town and they ordered it for me. But guess how much this 4 way RCA jack costs? $15 for the part and $13 for shipping, ouch! But a lot better than paying for a new amp. At least I won't have to pay for labor since I can solder this myself.
