Anyone know this Onyx sub ??

Two of these 15" subs are on ebay, I was thinking about bidding on them. Does anyone know anything about them such as the power handeling, FS, xmax, ect ? (the seller dosen't know jack)

if its the SST, i believe the coils were rated at 350rms, 2.5" voice coils, 4 layers

The LSv.2 was rated @ 350rms as well, but everyone pushed like 750rms to them

only other thing i could really remember about this company is that RE audio was the build house for them. They didnt pay their bills so RE produced subs using their motors to get rid of the extra inventory.

RE left the original Onyx branding under the RE logo, and everyone thought RE was ripping peoples off lol or using 'rejected' onyx motors to build subs with

Not TC9.. it would way closer to 30 lbs if it was. and the motor diameter isnt large enough.

So these Quake subs I have (soon to be in ******* bobs hands) are TC based built then? they look almost identical to these just a different back plate.

Not much of a sub collector nor have alot of know how on woofer buildhouses.
