First of all, you haven't given us ANY information other than you're running some version of Vista and you have a nearly-decade old game in Diablo 2. Hardware specs ? Drivers ? Patches ?

im using Vista Home Premium and Diablo 2 works fine for me

i have to say with vista home premium and on a computer that can "actually" run vista decent i have yet to have a single problem
