Anyone know anything about a Rockford Fosgate ax bd1500p?

Went up to st.louis for christmas and decided to jump on craigslist. Ended up leaving with a Rockford Fosgate Pro Ax bd1500p which i really don't know to much about. I also picked up a minty Crossfire vr2000d box and papers. Whats the deal with that Rockford model?
