Anyone into paintball or airsoft?

My 14 year old son is just now getting into airsoft. He currently has the 9mm hand gun and a shot gun. Just entry level stuff for right now until he gets more responsible. He and his friends like to have shoot outs in the woods behind the house.

That's cool. A friend of mine owns a store that sells airsoft. I usually get them from him at cost. I havn't had time to try the gas guns. Electric is ok, but 250 fps would be around max.

playing in the cold is just a good excuse to put on more padding....at 10 degrees thoes balls have to be near frozen. FTL.

paintballs dont freeze anymore, I think they added something for it, probably just a little bit of anti freeze. All cuse people use to freeze paintballs and shoot stuff like car windows, houses, and people.

i played paintball when i was 17 at one of my friends bday partys, some kid comes up to me and shoots me in the balls and i drop immediately, worst pain i've ever felt, couldn't get an erection till a week later

I'm trying to get a group together around here. Kinda boring during winter here. Got alot of military guys here too, so should be fun to see if they can shoot worth a $hit.

are you guys planning on playing speed ball or in the woods ??

spyders are good on the field but in the woods you gotta go tippman, armortech or any other versitile gun (lot of running into tree's, bushes and eating dirt)

I just bought a nice sniper rifle that is airsoft and shoots 450+ feet per second hehe.

i'm not into airsoft, but i always enjoy a nice air rifle. mine has a fixed barrel, shoots at an underrated 950 fps (way faster than others that claim to be 1000 fps), with a bushnell 3x9 on it. it will destroy a penny from like 20 yards, i could only find the 2/3 of it that was still being held by the crescent wrench, you dont hold them with something and they take off flying.

If I can get a couple people into it, I will try to get an acre of land and set up a field with plywood, barrals, and things. Also, have to go in he woods, like a capture the flag type thing. We got PLENTY of woods around here hehe.

any recommendations for a first gun from the guys that have been doing it for a while, preferably something custom cause upgradings always a plus

I have the same one and the ****in thing just dumps the entire clip SO FAST ahahaha. Unloaded on my friend who was pissing on my bushes once and his legs were bleading all over the place cuz I was shooting the heavier bbs. 2 gram or .2 or somethin glike that I don't remember I haven't used it in forever. I think I should go buy some gas and bb's for it though that would be sick.

Ya we will have lil cones. I love shooting the neighbors kid. Litte bastard terrorizes my little dogs, so I pop his @ss from the woods hehe.
