I know that our ultrasound prediction was off by exactly 2 days. And a previous poster was right. It takes about a week after the night of conception before the woman is actually pregnant. If the baby is 10 weeks old judging by the size of its head, then you are actually looking at about an 11 to 12 week gestational period. Puts it really close to being his.
