Anyone in the Syracuse/Rochester/Buffalo Area?

I have a decent set-up (in sig) but I honestly have no idea how to set or tune anything. Everything sounds decent now but I think it could sound better. I read a lot on the forums but I feel like a 5 year old reading chemistry. I am wondering if anyone with a lot of experience in car audio could help me out sometime. I don't mind driving a few hours, ordering a pizza, and bringing some beers and taking 3-4 hours to learn more about car audio and get help with using the tuning options on my head unit.
