i poop on you
hey i've got a sony ericsson k750i cell phone and when i record videos with the camera, it encodes videos as 3gp files. they play on my computer just fine. however, when i upload it to PHOTOBUCKET, it automatically converts it to an FLV file which i guess is a flash video file and uses macromedia flash to play it. when i go to play this FLV file, it's choppy and there's no sound. i've read articles on google about ppl having this same problem when beign converted to FLV. i dont see why they even convert it to FLV. a 23 second clip in 3gp is about 100k which is a tenth of a MB and is small. i dont think any further compression is needed with this format. i converted to avi and it turned out to be 17 MB. BIG difference. i just want to know if anyone knows where i can host 3gp files without having it be converted to FLV. id like to share my 3gp files on the internet. if not, does anyone know how i can convert 3gp to a standard format that wont be huge in file size? your help will be greatly appreciated and useful.
