Yea what exactly is the problem. Its going to be hard for anyone to tell you how to do it step by step.

This one did not come with dvd's.

Someone I know approached me yesterday, telling me that no one around here would install it for her and asked me if I could help. I told her I have never done it before but I would give it a shot.

So here I am....

Im going to do alot of research on these things and see what all I can do.
