anyone here takes meds?

dammm dude..
iv been on all that plus some.

nothing works on me now....

was on acical and prednisone along time ago. was on the for 15 years..

i was diagnosed when i was 15 im now 41 ....

the only thing im on now is pain meds to hold me over. as im going to die..

was slated to die 2 years ago. but they finally too me to surgery and put a bag on. so iv been given 2 years so far of life.

but.......

as nothing works,, so there only 1 outcome.

my right leg is now 3in shorter because of crones, have the bone disease from it also..

Jesus dude. I don't even know what to say.. Has it always been this bad for you?

it was ok for the first say 8-9 years.

and 1 day it went from crones to sever crones.

and it changed again about 5 years ago. and now its sever,sever crones.

my doc have never heard of anybody els haveing it this bad. plus if you ask and doc if you can die from it they will say no..

well there wrong, and now my docs no better...

so im on borrowed time.

as all they did was put a bag on.. nothing else as its way to bad to do anything else..

they say if they start cutting ill die right on the table.

and wanted to say, im cool with it now... it is what it is... cant change it.

and dont worry about it, im sure you will not have it this bad.

just keep doing what the docs say....

have you gotten any fistulas ?

None yet. I try to eat fairly healthy. I think being highly active and into fitness is really helping me out. If you ever want to talk just shoot me a pm and I'll give you my number amigo

Hey guys I have crohns too. I just smoke weed and that helps me. I've had it since 15 and I'm 22 now. Been in remission for about 2 years.

Oh and I tried acid once. Never again.

Inflammation in the intestines.Can cause fistulas (holes) in the intestines. We can't eat hardy foods such as nuts seeds and raw veggies. Have a hard time digesting food which makes it hard to gain weight. Can cause fevers, gas pain, trapped gas. I got it when I hit puberty so it delayed it. I'm 22 and look About 18 because I didn't hit puberty till I was 17. Imagine being in high school looking 13 but being a senior.Yeah not very good times.

wow 3 guy here so far have it.....

I've found that I've lost a lot of friends because they don't understand why I don't want to go out and hang out. You never know what's gonna happen. I'd rather stay at my house and play it safe

Same here. I was on blood pressure pills but started fainting when i stood up. So i said **** that and quit drinking pop and lost some weight. dont need it now

F uck man. I don't have it that bad right now. Was diagnosed 13 years ago. Asacol, Imuran, and lots of prednisone. Now I'm on Imuran and humira. It's working wonders. I'm sort of a crohns anomaly. Division 1 athlete. 6'1" and 270+ . There aren't a lot of people with crohns like me. What meds do they have you on?
