anyone heard of sherwood amps?

I've got an older Sherwood 2-channel receiver, from the mid '70s...hardly Pyramid quality, but I don't know what their mobile gear is like. If it's built anything like what my receiver is, it should be pretty decent.

I had a Targa (built by Sherwood) 60x4 running my first semi-"real" set up -- some pioneer 4's and Panasonic 6.5's at 2ohms on the front channels, and a 10" dvc8 bridged @ 4 on the rear channels.

I paid $140 for it in '96. I thought it was great. Ran that little set up WELL. Accurately rated (or real close), crossovers were fixed at 80LP/120HP but they were effective. After about 3-4 years of use it just up and quit one day. No blown fuses, no smoke. Kinda bummed me out.
