I had a set of there 6x9's 3-ways before. The highs were definitely lacking, more of a mid than anything. They did bump pretty good though for a 6x9. Had them running off 75 wrms and took it without a problem(supposedly 300wrms). Not to bad for someone who doesnt want to mess up there front staging and keep a little bass in the back. Did have to tweak the amp quite a bit to get them to sound descent.
I don't like their speakers compared to their subs
Had some of their 15's and honestly thought they were a good sub for the price. They hit hard and tight bass being hooked up to an mtx 6500d in a sealed enclosure. Those if I could find them at a good price local I would pick some up again.
You'll probably get the remark they are a flea market brand though.
Jbl over american pro anyday for highs!
