I am planning a downgrade from my current Aura Force12 in my daily driver to a single or pair (undecided) 8". It will be in a sealed enclosure (aleady have a pair of enclosures built from an old project). Each sub will either see ~150watts or a single sub will see ~300 watts.
I have set a limit of $50 for each driver. I found all 3 of the above mentioned drivers on
ebay for about $45. Anyone ever played with any of them? I saw several videos of the RE8 on youtube- they can take some abuse. However- all of those setups were ported being played by young punks who only cared about how loud it was. Any thoughts?
