Anyone have tools to properly benchtest?

I'm going to buy a cheap POS amp that I'm curious about and I want ot know if anyone on the forum has somewhere they can benchtest the amp for 12 and 14.4

For true RMS and whatnot, I'd pay for shipping and shit but if you're near/in ATL or nearby that's preferred
