those are fun subs to mess with, had 8 12s a long while back, for the price they are hard to beat in the cone area department.

They like bandpass's as far as I have heard, I'm getting ready to order 16 and do a fourth order in a caravan

kk thanks for advice there... ironically didnt thik of that one. how well do they measure up to the rated rms? gonna try to match them best to my autotek 4k debating if itd be better to recone my subs to d4 (one has a dead coil) and grab 2 more. wanna go cheaper route.

they'll handle rms just fine, seen some with more on youtube before but couldn't remember the enclosure type.

im thinking of doing 8 in a 4th order 24 ported at 42 with 15 sealed did math and can't fit 16. :/ will work well with the 4 ohm load for my amp (2k rms) and later can upgrade to better 12s.
