I was looking at getting THIS amp for my 2 alpine type E's (200 watts RMS) Anyone have any expierence with these? The subs will be in a sealed box.

maybe this is just a *bump* up but ive never heard anything good about SPL stuff. I didnt even know they had amps though.

I would say SPL is ok for starters or someone on a budget and you might be overpowering a bit so trun down the gain.

could go with the 1600 also for much less than what you were gonna pay for the 1200 I say buy it thats really cheap for the specs and you could upgrade your subs without a problem.
