Well here is an off topic lol...
I met a beautiful woman, who is in very good shape. I have kind of let myself go, when a disc in my spine went to hell. But I am trying to get back in shape so I can keep up with this woman in many different ways..
Anyway, like most, my problem area is my stomach fat. Right now I think I am doing all the right things. I lift weights every other day, and ride a stationary bike for Cardio ( best for me as it keeps pressure off my back) on the off days.
Anyway, my question is the stomach... I hear people like Mark Martin does 1000 situps every day, but when I read weight lifting stuff it says do the abs like 2 times a week.
Now I am not looking to become a muscle bound guy, just want to be in shape and have stamina. Is it ok for me to do crunches and Pilaties everyday, or should I only do it 2-3 times a week if my intention is to loose my stomach fat? I have been, and everything feels fine, I just dont want to be doing negative progress if doing it everyday is bad for me.
Any thoughts?
